Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lomokm will provide an appropriate solution after reviewing the issue and may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with our review, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement item
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted.

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Missing original tags or packaging
  • Products returned with minor damage caused after delivery
  • Returns received outside the approved return period

The final refund amount will be determined after inspection.

Exchanges

At this time, Lomokm does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order separately.

This helps ensure the fastest processing and product availability.

Refused or Unauthorized Returns

Lomokm reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not meet return eligibility requirements
  • Are sent without prior authorization
  • Arrived damaged due to improper packaging
  • Show evidence of use or wear

If a return is refused, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Lost Return Packages

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.

Lomokm is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit back to our facility.

Customers should retain proof of shipment until the return process is complete.
